Show me how to pray;

Show me how to be
A better child to you,

Through the hours of the day,
So that I can please you
In all I do and all I say.
Help me to remember
That your living word is true
Show me when I read it
What you would have me do.
Let me be the person
that you would have me be
when I can do the right thing
I pray you’d help me see
